Yes, you can! And it's unlimited. 

Can I use these images to sell transfers or with a Print on Demand platform?

Yes, but only if you purchase the transfer license.

Can I purchase all of your designs?

Yes! You have two options. You can subscribe and have access to everything for $5 per month or you can have lifetime access to my entire Google drive for $149.
